Employee Dies of Heart Attack

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on August 14, 2007, an employee was moving furniture at Zenith Logistics when the employee suffered a myocardial infarction, according to autopsy report. Emergency medical services responded with life saving measures. At approximately 12:21 p.m., Northern Hospital of Surry County in Mount Airy, North Carolina pronounced the employee dead.
