Employee Is Injured When Struck by Forklift

On June 1, 2007, Employee #1 was carrying a roll of material on his shoulder, when an uncertified forklift operator lost control of the forklift and struck him. He fell to the ground and the forklift ran over both of his legs, pinning him underneath it. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries.
