Investigation Summary
On September 12, 2007, Employee #1 was performing his regular duties inside a building when a forklift that was carrying two steel trusses dropped its load. He became pinned between one of the trusses and a wall, sustaining injuries that required hospitalization. Subsequent investigation determined that the forklift was overloaded.
