Employee Fractures Leg When Pipe Slides from Conveyor

On August 23, 2007, Employee #1 was trying to move a waste pipe section up on an inclined conveyor. The pipe slid down the slope, and his foot was caught between a cleat and the pipe. As a result, Employee fractured his leg and was hospitalized.
