Employee Amputates Fingers in Power Press

At approximately 10:00 a.m. June 6, 2007, an employee, a power press operator's fingers were crushed while changing a die. According to the witnesses' statements, the power press was not locked out and the motor was running. The employee was hospitalized and treated for an amputation of fingers.
