Employee's Leg Is Fractured in Fall from Roof

Employee #1 was walking around the roof of a building construction to survey the materials needed. Employee #1 was standing near the edge of the roof at the east side, and decided to descend the roof to get more supplies. Employee #1 slipped and fell 23.5 feet to the dirt ground. Employee #1 sustained a compound fracture to the right lower leg and was brought to the John Muir Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
