Employee Is Killed When Struck by Debris from Collapse

On May 22, 2007, Employee #1 was working on a town house. A delivery truck, a Fassi Model F280SE.22, was unloading a hack of drywall, weighing approximately 1-ton, onto the second floor. The bundle came off of the forks, approximately 8 ft, which caused the floor to collapse along with three floor joists. The material fell to the first floor, striking Employee #1, who was traveling through the townhouse, killing him.
