Employee Is Injured by Falling Boxesl

On October 15, 2007, a coworker was loading a pallet onto Row Number 111B of the storage rack. An employee was on the other side of the storage rack. When the coworker manually activated the air rollers to move pallets down the rack, the pallet in section 111D was bumped, which caused the boxes on this pallet to fall off, injuring the employee. The employee suffered a concussion but was not hospitalized.
