Investigation Summary
On July 6, 2007 an employee was fatality injured when the driver of a pickup truck blew a tire, causing him to lose control and hit the employee. The employer stated that for some undermined reason the employee crossed the main lanes of the freeway instead of driving to the other side, which is the safer way.
