Employee injured in fall from ladder, later dies

On June 22, 2007, Employee #1 was using a fiberglass extension ladder to check an electrical box. He fell approximately 15 ft from the ladder onto the cement floor, triking his head as he landed. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where he died four days later.
