Employee injured in fall through skylight, later dies

On June 22, 2007, Employee #1 was using a blower machine to mechanically remove water from the roof tie-in area. He lost his balance, tripped, and fell over 14 ft through a skylight, pulling the blower machine with him. Employee #1 suffered multiple injuries and was transported to the hospital, where he died two days later.
