Worker Is Run over by Forklift Truck and Killed

On January 9, 2007, an employee was walking inside the premises of the Mosaic Fertilizer plant, located in Bartow, Florida, when he was run over by a forklift truck. The forklift was driven by an employee of Southeast Industrial Services, Inc., and was transporting a steel box on the forks. The employee was killed.
