Employee Fractures Leg in Fall from Ladder

At approximately 7:30 a.m. on June 20, 2008, an employee was removing snap ties from a wall when the extension ladder he was using slid out from under him. The employee sustained a fractured right leg, and was initially sent to his doctor. The physician determined that a fractured had occurred, and the employee was then sent to Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in South Sacramento for treatment. The employee was admitted for two and a half days.
