Employee Is Injured in Fall from Elevated Platform

At 3:10 p.m. on February 18, 2008, Employee #1was working as a Milk Receiving foreman, conducting last minute checks on some tanks that were located in the facilities starter room. While he was on an elevated platform, he fell to the ground. Following the incident, Employee #1 reported the accident to his supervisor; however, stated that he was not injured. After finishing his work and going home for the day, Employee #1 was taken to the Hanford Community Hospital, by a family member, where they then transferred him by plane to San Francisco Hospital. Employee #1 was hospitalized and treated for a concussion.
