At approximately 11:30 a.m. on April 3, 2007, en employee was elevated approximately 9 feet while standing on a ladder in front of the garage of a home under construction. He fell to the driveway below receiving an injury to his head. The employee was taken to Fresno Community Hospital for treatment. The employee was hospitalized and treated for concussion.
