Employee injured in fall from extension ladder

At 4:30 p.m. on June 6, 2007, Employee #1 was on a metal extension ladder, using a nail gun to frame an opening for a window above the front door of a new residence. He fell approximately 12 ft onto the concrete floor, fracturing his elbow. Employee #1 was transported to Tulare District Hospital, where he was admitted for treatment.
