Employee Is Hit in Eye by Flying Debris
On March 11, 2007, Employee #1 was working in a tire shop and was using a bearing to remove a lug that had broken off on the hub of a wheel. The bearing shattered and Employee #1 was hit in the eye. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital where he was treated and released.
