Employee Injures Hand While Cleaning Conveyor System

On January 11, 2007, Employee #1 was using an extension tool to clean a conveyor system. The extension tool became caught between two 2-inch rollers. This caused Employee #1's gloved hand to catch on the hook of the tool handle, and the fleshy part of his right index finger was sliced open. He was taken to a local hospital and treated for his injury.
