Investigation Summary
At 2:30 p.m. on May 9, 2008, an accident happened at the property located in Encinitas, California. A coworker told Employee #1 to go cut weeds on the property. Employee #1 was cutting weeds with a weed whacker and collapsed. The coworker found Employee #1 dead on the ground at about 2:30 p.m. A preliminary report from the San Diego County Medical Examiner was that Employee #1 had been dead for 2 hours before the coworker found him.
