Investigation Summary
At approximately 1:00 p.m., on January 28, 2008, Employee # 1, a 59-year-old Male of Graham Espie Construction was seriously injured when he lost his balance and jumped from a ladder. Employee #1 had climbed a ladder to hand off a window shutter to another worker who was standing on a second floor balcony. When Employee #1 handed the shutter off to the coworker, he lost control and attempted to prevent the shutter from falling so he let go of his grip briefly.
