Employee's Foot Fractured When Run over by Truck

At approximately 3:40 p.m. on September 26, 2007, Employee #1, wearing a fluorescent green vest, was standing behind a transfer truck that a coworker was driving. A car was attempting to go into the left hand turn lane and Employee #1 was flagging the car away. The coworker did not see Employee #1 and ran over his right foot with the left rear tire. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured foot.
