Employee Falls from Roof, Sustains Unspecified Fractures

Employee #1, a roofer, was working on a roof and stepped on an unsupported section of insulation extended out over a truncated corner of a residential porch roof. The safety monitor's attention was diverted at the moment when Employee #1 stepped onto the unsupported insulation board and fell approximately 11 ft to the concrete driveway. Employee #1 suffered multiple unspecified broken bones and was hospitalized.
