Investigation Summary
On January 10, 2007, Employee #1, an installer with a gutter removal and replacement company, was standing on an aluminum ladder passing a 45 ft long aluminum gutter to a coworker on the roof. In the process, the gutter contacted a nearby 7,200-volt overhead power line. Employee #1 was electrocuted.
