Two Employees Are Killed When Struck by Train

On April 29, 2007, Employee #1 and #2, track workers, were carrying half of a dolly weighing approximately 90 pounds. They were crossing two live subway tracks. Flagging protection was not utilized and a train operator, who had no warning, could not stop his train. The train struck and killed both Employees.
