Employee Fractures Legs When Struck by Falling Wall

On November 29, 2006, Employee #1, a carpenter, walked into a path of a falling wall, which was newly constructed on the second-story building, and which was being leaned up by the construction employees. As the wall was being leaned up, it slipped and fell to the ground. The wall struck Employee #1 and fractured his legs. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
