Employee Is Struck and Killed by Train

At approximately 7.35 a.m. on December 5, 2006, Employee #1, an agricultural worker operating a tractor, was struck by a train when he was crossing a rail road crossing. Employee #1 was wearing a hooded sweat shirt and using an audio player with ear-phones. Witnesses stated that Employee #1 crossed the crossing and did not respond to the locomotive warning horn-blast. Employee #1 was killed.
