Employee Is Killed by Falling Marble Slab
On October 23, 2007, Employee #1 was loading marble slabs onto an A-frame which was on the bed of a pick-up. He was securing the slabs to the A-frame standing on the bed of the pick-up when the slabs shifted. Employee #1 was crushed and killed.
