Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was riding on a tractor fender with his brother driving. The tractor veered to the right and the driver over corrected to the left, then to the right and struck a water ditch that was 12-in. deep. The tractor flipped and threw Employee #1 over the tractor. Employee #1 sustained a broken femur and fractured pelvis and was hospitalized.
