Employee Is Struck by Falling Branch, Receives Injuries

On March 20, 2008, Employee #1 was gathering cut branches along a road. As the branches were being trimmed, he was struck by a falling branch and knock to the ground. The branch struck his head and caused a laceration in his mouth. He was transported to a hospital, where he received treatment and was released.
