STRUCK BY FEED BAG

A temporary employment agency placed two employees with a 2-day assignment at an animal-feed mill. The two employees were using a manlift to move feed bags from the fifth floor to the fourth floor. A bag weighing about 9 kilograms fell from the manlift, and struck one of the employees in the head. He was hospitalized with fractures to the vertebrae in his neck.
