Employee Is Struck by Jack Handle, Sustains Jaw Fracture

Employee #1 was removing a flat tire on a tractor with a high-lift jack. While lowering the tractor, Employee #1 did not push the handle all the way down to the lock mechanism and when the handle went up the handle struck the Employee #1 in the jaw. Employee #1 sustained a fracture jaw. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
