Employee's Finger Caught in Sprocket and Amputated

Employee #1 was working on a chain driven conveyor line. When the conveyor was turned on, the chain grabbed Employee #1's glove and drew it into the chain. Employee #1 suffered the amputation of the tip of the pinky and ring finger of the left hand. Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
