Investigation Summary
On January 11, 2007, Employees #1 and #2 were in a wooden crate being lifted approximately 10 feet. As they were being lifted, the bottom of the crate broke, and both Employees #1 and #2 fell to the ground. Employee #1 fractured both his wrists, while Employee #2 experienced lower back pain. Both were hospitalized and treated for their injuries.
