Employee's Arm Is Fractured When Caught in Rollers

On October 19, 2006, Employee #1, a temporary service worker, was working at a client company in the sanitation department. She was cleaning the spacing conveyor, Serial Number 6029, when her towel became entangled in a roller. Her left arm was pulled in, resulting in multiple fractures. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
