Employee Collapses While Talking with Coworker

On October 3, 2006, Employee #1 was standing and talking with a coworker when she collapsed onto the concrete floor. She had a weak pulse. Emergency services were summoned and treated her. They transported her to Southeastern Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
