At approximately 11:00 a.m. on February 19, 2008, Employee #1 fell while climbing a ladder to make repairs on the roof of a two-story condominium building. He was hospitalized for unspecified injuries. The ladder was apparently not secured. Witness statements conflict with those of Employee #1 regarding whether the ladder was being held by another worker.
