Employee Is Killed in Fall from Truck

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on September 2, 2006, Employee #1, a laborer, was part of a crew that was cleaning up the jobsite and parking trucks as the day was ending. Employees # 1 was shoving pieces of wood back into a truck filled with pieces of wood. Employee #1 was sitting approximately 10 ft high on the back left edge of the dump truck before he fell off, and struck his head on the ground, killing him. The investigation revealed that the truck was off and stationary at the time of the accident.
