Employee Is Injured in Fall from Platform

On November 8, 2006, Employee #1 was creating a work platform on the iron structure below an exposed head house leg motor. While placing planking, he fell approximately 16 ft. He was hospitalized for a fractured right foot and a bruised tail bone. Employee #1 was not utilizing fall protection equipment.
