Employee killed in fall from unsecured truss

On October 26, 2007, Employee #1 was engaged in floor truss repairs in the opening of the balcony on the first floor of a building. He had just removed the nails from the floor truss when he turned and stepped on the unsecured truss. Employee #1 fell to the concrete patio,landing on his head. He died of injuries sustained in the accident.
