Employee Dies from Heart Attack

At approximately 8:28 a.m. on May 08, 2007, Employee #1, a painter, wore an air purifying respirator, 3 to 8 hours per day, depending on the production schedule. He was proceeding to the paint booth but stopped near the Federal 125 ton mechanical power press in bay 12. A coworker saw him and approximately 3 minutes later, looked in the same direction and Employee #1 was on the floor. Employee #1 was hospitalized and died the next day due to a heart attack.
