Employee Is Killed When Struck by Rough Terrain Forklift

On January 1, 2007, an employee was walking from work area to the parking area for his lunch break. A rough-terrain forklift operator had slowed to let another group of workers pass; these workers were in front of the employee. When the operator resumed travel, the employee was struck and killed by the vehicle.
