Employee Is Electrocuted While Working on Generator

On November 15, 2006, Employee #1 was setting up a tie-in generator to be used in a power failure. He was not wearing or using any personal protective equipment. He was reversing two of the three phases, 480 volt, 800 amp circuits, when his hand came in contact with one of the phases. Employee #1 was electrocuted.
