One Employee Is Killed, Two Injured When Struck by Backhoe

On August 10, 2006, Employees #1, #2, and #3 were installing plumbing for a water meter that was located inside a 24 inch deep hole. While they were working, all three employees were struck by a backhoe. Employee #1 was killed, and both Employees #2 and #3 were hospitalized and treated for their unspecified injuries.
