Employee Is Burned When Cutting Water Line

At 11:00 a.m. on October 21, 2010, Employee #1 cut a water line while the line was still pressurized with 180 degree Fahrenheit hot water. Employee #1 suffered second degree burns on both hands and right forearm, and was hospitalized.
