Worker Fractures Hip after Slipping on Wet Floor

At approximately 1:47 p.m. on August 29, 2009, Employee #1, a table server/general helper for Sylvia Morrison, was serving food and beverages to a table. She walked through an area that had recently been cleaned up after a soda was spilled on the floor. The floor was wet and Employee #1 slipped to the floor. She was hospitalized for a fractured pelvis.
