Employee Is Injured in Fall from Scaffold Ladder

On June 29, 2009, Employee #1 was working for a plastering company at a jobsite in San Bruno, CA. His work required him to use a scaffold that was at an approximate height of 25 ft from the ground. While descending the scaffolding ladder, he missed a step and fell. He struck the ground, sustaining unspecified and serious injuries. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he underwent treatment and was hospitalized.
