Employee Suffers Heat Exhaustion and Falls from Building

On May 16, 2008, Employee #1 became disoriented and fell 10 ft from the second floor of a building under construction. The temperature that day reached 101 degrees Fahrenheit. Employee #1 was hospitalized for heat exhaustion.
