Employee's Finger Is Amputated in Drill Press

On September 11, 2006, Employee #1 set a cup of water on the top of the Clausing drill press, Serial Number 20-110803, Model Number 2222. There was no lid on the drill press and the cup fell into the machine. As Employee #1 tried to catch the cup, her finger hit the belt. Her right ring finger was amputated to the first knuckle.
