Employee Falls from Ladder

On October 30, 2007, Employee #1 was standing on the third step of a 8 foot metal ladder that was held by Employee #2, checking the merchandise. Employee #1 suddenly lost consciousness and fell down from a height of approximately 4 feet to the ground. Employee #1 sustained the head injury and neck bone fracture and was taken to Eden Medical Centre for treatment.
