Employee Is Struck by Truck and Fractures Rib

At approximately 11:00 a.m. on August 17, 2007, Employee #1 was standing on the ground talking to a coworker. The coworker was inside the driver seat of a roll-off truck that was parked in the parking yard. Another roll-off truck passed by and the rear right of the container fender struck the employee. Employee #1 suffered a rib fracture and was hospitalized for four days.
